Gaia Bernstein is an Associate Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law. Professor Bernstein’s scholarship focuses on the interrelations between technology, law and society, examining the diffusion processes of new technologies, including both medical and communications technologies. Her teaching and research interests are in the areas of intellectual property, law and genetics, Internet law, information privacy law and reproductive technologies.
