Ringhand</a></i></b> is an Associate Professor at the <a href="http://www.uky.edu/Law"target=_blank>University of Kentucky College of Law</a>. Her research focuses on judicial decisionmaking and democratic self-goverance. Professor Ringhand's most recent work involves an empirical examination of the voting patterns of the Justices sitting on the recently ended Rehnquist Court.
